Beta software

Pinnal is in private beta. It changes often, it can be unavailable, and it can get things wrong — including missing a decision or recording one inaccurately. Do not rely on it as the sole record of anything that matters.

Your responsibilities

• Only invite the bot to meetings you are entitled to record.
• Obtain any consent required by your organisation or by law before doing so.
• Do not use Pinnal unlawfully, or to record people who have not been told they are being recorded.

Your content

Your meetings and the records extracted from them remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service described in the privacy page.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, and may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms. We will give notice where we reasonably can.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
